Just wow!! I was so so thrilled to have these guys come out!! I had originally seen them working on a neighbor's house and just had to go talk to them. Garrett is who I spoke to and he did an amazing job telling me about the services they offer. He got me scheduled fast and they work so efficiently. My house hasn’t looked this good since I bought it!! Thank you to the crew and Garrett for setting them up so well!! Highly recommend these guys!

I called these guys a few days ago to get an estimate on cleaning up my roof, and gutters/downspouts. They seemed to be on top of their game. Once I got scheduled. They showed up got it all done. In and out in reasonable time with pretty clear and good communication. I’m glad we got companies like these guys we can call and count on. I’m very impressed and I will recommend them to others for sure!

Dakota Property Services exceeded my expectations when I had them come out to do a moss removal/prevention on my roof. They were professional, worked hard and cared about their work, communicated well with prompt calls and follow ups. There employees were friendly and were aiming to please and had me come out and show me their work and made sure I was satisfied. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family.
